About Mr. Ryuji Ohno

After graduating from the School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University in 1986, Mr. Ohno has dedicated nearly 40 years to the field of management consulting. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and has since worked across a range of global consulting firms specializing in strategy, digital/IT, and financial advisory services.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ohno led numerous projects at top-tier firms including Roland Berger and KPMG FAS, where he served as a partner for nearly 20 years. In 2019, he became independent and now leads a team of approximately 70 independent consultants, focusing on areas such as digital transformation (DX) and innovation creation. He continues to support enterprises in navigating complex transformations with deep expertise and a collaborative approach.
