Trans-N K.K. (“Trans-N”), headquartered in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, today announced that it has strengthened its management and organizational structure, effective September 1, 2026. Under the new structure, Kosaku Kawai has been appointed Chairman and Representative Director, Xingyue Sun CTO & Director, Rei Fukuoka COO & Director, and Roy Liu Head of FDE.
Through the new structure, Trans-N will strengthen collaboration across management, technology, business execution, and customer delivery, building a stronger organizational foundation to support enterprise AI initiatives from planning and implementation through long-term adoption.
Background
Trans-N works with enterprises to define AI strategies and to design, develop, validate, deploy, and operationalize AI systems in real business environments. The company is also developing and providing products including N-Cube, N-Cube Mini, and N-Note.
As its business and product portfolio expand, Trans-N sees a growing need to connect management decisions, technology development, business execution, and on-site customer implementation more closely. The organizational update clarifies areas of responsibility and strengthens the management foundation required to support the continuous development and deployment of enterprise AI.
